a phiLOVEdelphia story: Our Favorite Dance of the Night


Don’t judge us, but our favorite dance of the night was not our first dance or even the dances with our parents.

You may recall our interest in the “Cupid Shuffle” (you can see a video of how that went) and we asked for Journey’s anthem “Don’t Stop Believin’” to close the night, but it was Jellyroll’s rendition of LMFAO's “Party Rock Anthem” following my dance with Turkey Dad that was our favorite memory.

I feel like you might need a little help to get in the mood for this post, so here you go (music starts at about 1:30 in):


I’ll keep (relatively) quiet while you peruse the pictures. We think this song sums up the dance portion of the evening perfectly. After all, you’ll see every one of our dance observations at play here...can you spot them all?

At first guests weren't sure whether to get up...
