Wedding-itis

With days, rather than weeks, before the wedding...Mr. Turkey and I are ready. Ready to be married. Ready to hop on a plane to Hawaii. Ready to be DONE.

Yup, we officially have "wedding-itis".

Totally over it.

What is wedding-itis, you ask? Well, it's just like when you were about to finish high school...or college...and senior-itis kicked in.

You had trouble getting out of bed in the morning, procrastinated on that last paper for days, and, overall, struggled to find motivation.

Fast forward to now...your desire to finish the out of town bags gone? Can't bring yourself to pack your overnight bag for the wedding? Are you more interested in hunkering down for a 10 hour Law & Order: SVU marathon than writing placecards? Well, ladies...these are all symptoms indicating a case of wedding-itis.

Clearly this too shall pass...but, for right now, Mr. Turkey and I are in the thick of it. Let's hope the motivation comes back - QUICKLY!
