The smile on my face today has looked something like this:

But it didn't come because of something sweet that Mr. Turkey said or the joy of completing my first half marathon...so, why the big smile, Miss Turkey?

Because....my dress came in!!

I am so excited I can hardly stand it. The call came mid-day after a particularly hectic morning, which turned my afternoon around...especially since the dress arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected. However, my excitement faded just ever.so.slightly when I discovered that I couldn't schedule my first fitting until the end of March (yes, March) due to lack of weekend availability. What a tease!

Oh, and since you've all been so nice about me keeping my dress under wraps until the wedding, I'll share a tiny sneak peek with you.

You now know the dress has a sweetheart neckline (but no more hints!)
